After successfully building a prototype proof-of-concept dome, securing seed funding, and with our first flagship build underway, we are hiring key team members to help us with the next leg of the journey: developing novel manufacturing technology to scale our pilot production factory in Nevada City, California.
Geoship is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help us design and develop our Pilot Production line, working from initial concept through to full production handoff. At the core, we are looking for a first principles problem solver. The role includes collaborating with equipment suppliers, leading equipment commissioning and validation, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a rapidly evolving startup environment and can contribute to the installation of manufactured parts in prototype builds.
